Carolina Donis, Board Member

Carolina Donis is an international speaker and co-founder of Guatemala Próspera, a non-profit organization that promotes leadership principles and values worldwide and has trained over 1.5 million students and community leaders within Guatemala to-date.
Carolina has hosted several Spanish-language radio and television programs and is currently a Leadership Coach and consultant for the Transformation Country Initiative of the John Maxwell Leadership Foundation. Carolina and her husband David currently reside in the Dallas, TX area.
Dr. Eddie Hyatt, Board Member

Dr. Eddie Hyatt has served as a pastor, teacher, missionary, and professor of theology in the U.S. and Canada and has ministered in India, Indonesia, England, Ireland, Sweden, Poland, and Bulgaria. His ministry is characterized by a unique blend of charisma and academic excellence and over 40 years of non-profit experience.
Eddie has made a life-long commitment to the study of Scripture, church history, and Spiritual renewal. In addition to his on-going personal study and research, Eddie holds a Doctor of Ministry from Regent University where he majored in church history and spiritual renewal. He also holds the Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Oral Roberts University.
Dr. Susan Hyatt, Board Member

Dr. Susan Hyatt is a church research historian, Bible scholar, ordained minister, and life-long, professional educator. A Canadian by birth and citizenship, she graduated from the University of New Brunswick Teachers College of Fredericton. Susan holds two master’s degrees from the Oral Roberts University Graduate School of Theology and Missions and a Doctor of Ministry degree from the School of Divinity at Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA.
Susan is a prolific author and has served as a consultant and administrator for several multi-national ministries. Susan and her husband Eddie have ministered internationally for over twenty years. Married in 1976, they are equal partners in marriage and ministry.
Rev. Johan Knies, Advisor

Rev. Johan Knies and his family immigrated to the United States from Holland in 1961. After a personal conversion experience attending a Billy Graham Crusade in Portland, Oregon, he committed his life to full-time religious service. Johan graduated from Multnomah Bible College and has served as a pastor mostly in non-denominational churches in Oregon, California, Alaska, Maine, Arizona, and now Colorado. He and his wife, Katie reside in the Grand Lake area. They have two grown daughters and sons-in-law and six grandchildren.
David Lockwood, Chairperson

David Lockwood is an entrepreneur, author and lifelong learner, passionate about relationships and processes that promote leadership values and cultural transformation. During the 2008 recession, he built an independent automotive dealership and service center from scratch that grew to include interstate transport, recovery, and export. He successfully sold the business after ten years and millions in sales.
Today David consults executive leadership teams for local governments, corporations and NGOs helping them engage their values and develop healthy organizational culture. David speaks to international audiences in English and Spanish and is the author of Business Laws from Proverbs, a primer on leadership values.
Juan Moreno, Board Member

Juan Moreno is the Director of Sales and Marketing for FS Richard, a family-owned, Guatemalan jewelry retail operation founded in 1891, where he has overseen client development in Central America for over eighteen years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Flagler College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville.
In addition to a successful entrepreneurial track record, Juan lends his leadership acumen to creating practical, spiritual development programs and is in demand as a discipleship and stewardship consultant for multi-campus congregations throughout Latin America, recently including Gateway Church’s Global Outreach Center in Southlake, TX.
